“Humble Within”

It’s hard to be humble within;

When outside all there is, is a war outside;

I’m a spiritual metaphor

Baptized in 3 names that are 1

Go right ahead…….

Touch me feel me

To see if I’m not alive from a deaden condition;

Wishing the world could see through my dove eyes,

How love rise and conquer all…..

So I pause in my thought

Just to enjoy what I saw

A Mental Element Authorizing Time…….

So it’s hard to be humble within;

When all there is, is a Lion inside;

Hear me roar, but first let me heal me sores,

You’re my encore, my standing ovation, my patience;

To keep me waiting on a change

When it’s hard to be humble within,

When all there is, is chaos outside;

Crazies going crazy

But I remain calm a midst the storm

Wise as the serpent, subtle as a dove

I’m the sheep in wolves clothing
