One thing about life in the hood and living a street life is the consequences that comes with it, DEATH & PRISON! so no one should be surprised by their loved ones exiting the game by going to jail nor being killed eventually. It’s part of the STREET LIFE right? Well with that being said, either you influence them to change their lifestyle or prepare them for their consequences.

Prepare yourself for it also, tell Jamal and Devonte you love them, hug and kiss them, then say your proper goodbyes everytime they leave the house LOL.

I laugh to keep from crying. Yes, it’s no laughing matter. Yes, it’s a harsh reality, but if I don’t keep it real with you then no one will.. Appreciate my truth…

I'm Marvel Saffold, I'm a Witblogger out of Riviera Beach, FL. I'm also a Rapper, many years ago I wasn't aware of the power of literature. Dwyer; because it was then, in her Class that I started mastering writing literature. Years later I'm finally realizing how much of an influence Her Class had in my writing process even in music. I found myself using all that I've learned from Ms. Saunders. I love writing no matter what it is.
