“Here I Stand…”
Cold as dry ice in the eyes of faith when I’m staring at you… As you Wonder the cause, I ponder the call of hope anticipated grief and disbelief… In reach of my wants, while my needs are at great distance, so I settle… Yet I never stopped to realize the lack of comfort I’ve brought upon myself… Now nor wealth or stealth can disguise the health of my hurt… Feeling segregated as dirt departed from the earth and my true religion, but all I want is to change, not to be chained… Just a new beginning, I’ve defeated you with out winning… Because with every lost I’ve gained knowledge and I’ve learned from my mistakes… Even though this race says I’m in last place, I’m ahead with wisdom, because I’ve taken heed to my pain and the greed of success… All I have is my best and I’m not risking all of my energy and time why, because it’s irreplaceable as is me… If I’ve lost you, then find yourself in the midst of a hay stack… I’m free…
